Do Not Call Policy
SoCalForeclosures.net respects the National Do Not Call Registry and the California DNC list. We do not make unsolicited outbound marketing calls or send unsolicited marketing SMS to property owners or the general public.
Member responsibilities
Our members use lead data from our platform to contact property owners about buying their homes. Members are individually responsible for complying with:
- The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- The federal Do Not Call Registry (donotcall.gov)
- California's DNC list
- The federal CAN-SPAM Act (for email outreach)
- California's CCPA/CPRA rules on collecting and processing personal information
SoCalForeclosures.net does not assume any liability for member outreach practices. If you are unsure about compliance, consult an attorney.
If you are a property owner and want to be removed
If you are a property owner and your address appears in our system, and you would like your record hidden from our platform, please email privacy@socalforeclosures.net with your property address and proof of ownership. We will suppress your record from all member searches within 10 business days.
Note: your record cannot be removed from public government sources (county recorder, tax assessor, court dockets). Only from our aggregated feed.
SMS opt-in and opt-out (members)
Members who opt in to SMS alerts through Settings receive transactional messages (new lead matches, lock expiry warnings). Reply STOP to any alert to unsubscribe. Standard message and data rates may apply.
